Hi, I'm Ethan. I founded Acolyte Project Consulting on a simple belief: that Project Management is more than a long list of processes and milestones; It's about outcomes that help the communities you serve and delivering projects that move the needle for your organisation.
I am a project management professional with a record of delivering complex projects in defence and government environments. My background spans PwC's defence and government practice and the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance’s Commercial Division. These environments taught me to be rigorous, accountable and to focus on outcomes when everything else gets noisy.
I aim to bring that expertise directly to Commonwealth agencies and public sector projects across Australia, working across the full project lifecycle with experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall environments. Whether it's continuously improving governance frameworks, managing risk, or keeping delivery on track; I take ownership of the outcome, not just the process.
I'm a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and currently completing a Master of Project Management at Adelaide University (2027)
